Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Batchreport. By creating an account you agree to them.

Operator details. Batchreport is operated by Batch Reporting, Sofia, Bulgaria. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

The service

Batchreport pulls data from third-party providers on a schedule, compiles it into reports, and delivers them to recipients you nominate. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
One account represents one agency. Do not share logins across organisations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Add sites you do not own or have permission to report on.
Use credentials belonging to someone who has not authorised you.
Attempt to access another customer’s data.
Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email.
Interfere with the service or circumvent its limits.

Third-party data

Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs and Semrush data is provided by those companies under their own terms. You are responsible for holding valid access to any account or property you connect, and for complying with each provider’s terms — including any restrictions they place on storing or redistributing their data.

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or completeness of data supplied by those providers. If a provider changes or withdraws access, affected features may stop working.

Plans and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
Plan limits, including the number of sites, are shown on the pricing page and enforced by the service.
You may cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period.
If payment fails we may suspend access until it succeeds. Suspension does not delete your data.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, change features, or suspend access where necessary to protect the service or comply with the law.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into Batchreport. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it from the dashboard, and we delete it when you close your account.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. We will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.

Liability. The limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer and indemnity clauses that normally appear here vary by jurisdiction and should be drafted by a qualified lawyer rather than copied from a template.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders, and the date above will change.
